A traumatizing first hospital birth led me to become a labor and delivery nurse and now a certified nurse midwife. I have supported hundreds of moms through their pregnancies and hospital births, identifying the gaps in prenatal care and education, and how moms can best prepare and be supported in their unique journies. This inspired my comprehensive framework for a low-intervention hospital experience which helped me have my own redemptive, magical second hospital water birth, and is now helping women all over!

While professionally trained as a certified nurse midwife in the hospital, my mission is to connect with parents planning a hospital birth, and help them fully trust birth, their preparation in pregnancy, and become excited to completely own their hospital birth experience!
