✨ ABOUT ME…

After experiencing traumatic losses throughout my 20s, I came to the unfortunate realization that society does not make room for the broken-hearted, expecting them to silently pick up the pieces alone. That's where bereavement doulas come in. To remind you that you don't have to do this journey alone and that your grief is valid.

My vision is to change our conversations surrounding miscarriage, loss, trauma, and grief… hoping that with these conversations, we can lessen the stigmas and encourage supporting each other in not only life’s big celebrations but through pain and sorrow as well.

When I'm not working or burying my face in all things birthwork, you can find me with a locally-sourced tea or organic coffee in hand, perusing the Farmer's Market, or packing up our dirt bikes to hit the trails in Capitol Forest. I am, after all, a PNW gal through and through.

✨ I SPECIALIZE IN…

While professionally trained and certified as a full-spectrum doula, I felt called to specialize in trauma-informed support, walking hand-in-hand with bereaved families through miscarriage, pregnancy after loss, and beyond.
