✨ ABOUT ME…
I grew up in France, and studied Food Science, and also Health & Nutrition in college. I worked several years in the medical research field before moving to the United States (Nashville, TN) in 2018.
My passion for perinatal care, birth and parenthood began while I was expecting my first child, but it was after my move to the United States and the birth of my second child that I decided to turn this passion into a full-time job.
My goal is to help families focus on their well-being and support them through this time of adjustments. I foster self-confidence and empower parents through education and evidence-based information.
I have always lived in a multicultural environment and bring my experience navigating differences successfully into my work with families. I tailor my support to the family’s style and needs, always respectfully and non-judgmentally.
When I'm not supporting families, you can find me cooking tasty and nutritious meals, reading, listening to music and podcasts, or spending time with friends. I also like hiking with my family, traveling and exploring the world when I can.
✨ I SPECIALIZE IN…
I'm professionally trained as a full-spectrum doula, I specialize in birth & postpartum, providing evidence-based support and helping international families navigate cultural differences. I also provide babywearing consultations for people interested in attachment parenting.
