I believe that birth is a spiritual experience. My interest in reproduction, maternal health, and birth developed at a young age, but my passion in preventing women from having traumatic experiences stems from my own unnerving labor experience in 2011. I recognize how imperative it is for women, especially those of color, to have proper maternal care and support before, during, and after birth.

I am a labor doula and placenta specialist who LOVES to teach! I have been voted the second "Best Holistic Practice" by long standing Nashville Scene (publication). I am thankful now be able to serve families outside of my area!
