My girls are my absolute reason for everything that I do in life. This work allows me to be a stay-at-home working mama. I enjoy traveling and adventuring all over with my family, and our next trip is to a tropical location! We also love making memories at home, gardening, baking, making crafts, and playing games. I got into birth work after myself having a traumatic birth followed by empowering redemptive birth. I am passionate about helping other mothers that have experienced trauma succeed in reaching their goals and taking back their power.

I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor. I feel passionate about helping first-time mothers and mothers who have experienced trauma in the past achieve their birth, postpartum, and breastfeeding goals.
