I am deeply committed to offering empathetic mindset coaching, as well as comprehensive birth and postpartum support, to families who encounter feelings of apprehension and uncertainty as they embark on their transformative journey of childbirth and navigate the postpartum period.
My mission is to assist women who may initially fear birth in embracing and harnessing those emotions, empowering them to cultivate confidence, strength, and a sense of agency in taking charge of their unique birth experiences.

Birth and postpartum work have lit a fire inside of my heart and soul that I never realized was there. As a mom who had 3 unnecessary c-sections before having the vaginal birth that I literally dreamt into reality, I've developed a passion for guiding women to realize their full potential that they already have inside of them to have the birth of their dreams.
When preparing for my vba3c, I faced hard looks, fearful statements thrown at me, and no support from a single provider, it was then that I knew I was on the right path because I felt so sure in my decision.
When I finally realized I had a choice in the way my birth story unfolded, I knew I had to shout it from the mountaintops so others could see that it is possible to birth on your terms even if your provider, friends, or even your family don't support you.

Drawing upon my professional training as a full spectrum doula, I felt a profound calling to focus my expertise on providing specialized support for women seeking to have a fearless VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), and also guiding women on the transformative journey of fear clearance, advocacy, autonomy, and mindset coaching throughout the birth and postpartum periods. I'm drawn to empowering women to navigate this sacred path with confidence and embrace the power of their unique birth experience.
