Hey! I'm Rebecca and I'm here to help you.
After enduring the growing pains of endless hurtful relationships both in family and in my personal life, I realized I had no one to bank on but myself. I dedicated years of my life to forging realistic, inner self-reliance so that I could live successfully, by own terms. Through that journey, I found the benefits of living in sync to my all-natural fertility health.
Once I realized that "fertility" does not equal "pregnancy" I was able to sync my world with the ebb and flow of my cycle, and use it to my benefit. Now, it’s my mission to help other young women recognize the power of tuning into their natural cycle's rhythms so that they can grow into claiming their confident birth.

Generational Trauma is not a woke concept; it’s an intangible heirloom passed down, no matter your political stance, from generation to generation through your family's thought process, how you communicate your emotions, and your mannerisms you learned from those who raised you. With this in the forefront of my mind, I specialize in providing custom and sacred preconception, prenatal, birth, and postpartum care based off of the unique human that you are.
