✨ ABOUT ME…
After having 2 fear-filled hospital births that kickstarted a desire for a better birth, I had the homebirth of my dreams! I am a big fan of birth! That experience ignited something in me that I didn't understand at the time but before my baby was 6 months old I discovered the word doula + it was exactly what I knew I needed to be.
Since my third pregnancy, I have chosen to live a more holistic lifestyle and help mamas use more natural ways to support their bodies through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Birth is a normal process + nothing to be afraid of. It's a sacred experience that God has called us women to intentionally.
My hope is for you to look back on your birth + see that confidence you developed during pregnancy + become a big fan of birth no matter the outcome!
