✨ ABOUT ME…
I am multi-passionate, I specialize in birth wellness, mental health support, plant-based living and sustainability. Being heart led and on the healing path, years back I embarked fully into shadow work to bring wounds to the surface for transformation using tools such as astrology, meditation, the enneagram, journaling, yoga, etc. I am a forever student, and I am now happy to offer insight to the community. I have been living a plant-based and eco conscious lifestyle for the past 7 years so have lots to share and teach in those fields. My work is faith based as we are vessels of the divine and of the ineffable source of love and goodness. I am of Indigenous American Ancestry; I walk in service with respect to the land and Earth. I thoroughly value connection, feminine expression and giving thanks to God.

While professionally trained as a full-spectrum doula, I am called to specialize in the expansion of intentional consciousness and sustainability along the way through connecting with women and families who align with natural living, environmentalism, and heightened levels of awareness. I also offer trauma-informed mental health support and deeper catered ego-mapping to uncover and manage our shadows. Ultimately in this space, I am a healer and being a source of attentive and present support during pregnancy and birth is one of the ways I am called to be of healing service.
