In the summer of 2022, I became a certified birth doula, childbirth educator, and postpartum doula through the International Doula Institute. Despite early successes, including securing two clients quickly and experiencing my first birth in February 2023, my journey was not without its hurdles. Living abroad and transitioning back, I grappled with the reality of needing a stable income without the emotional toll of attending numerous births each month.

A fellow doula introduced me to the concept of expanding my reach through an online business. I initially saw the idea as somewhat far-fetched but continued to talk with her about it. I was skeptical about investing in myself without a substantial savings cushion. My previous investment in a personal trainer, which profoundly impacted my life, served as a powerful analogy for the potential transformation awaiting my business if I were to hire a business coach.

So, I dove into The Doulapreneur Method and went on a journey full of growth, innovation, and community. I launched a successful podcast and experienced an explosive increase in my social media following, reaching 7,500 followers within three months. This was complemented by significant milestones like the creation of valuable freebies, leading to around 300 downloads. I saw a remarkable improvement in my business's digital footprint, evidenced by the success of my podcast and social media growth. The program not only enhanced my online presence but also boosted my confidence both online and in my in-person doula work, reducing my imposter syndrome.

I dream of impacting the global birth community, making my insights accessible worldwide, and ensuring my business allows for flexibility and travel. My vision includes making my resources available in multiple languages to reach a broader audience.
