Hello, I'm Jen Jones, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I'm not just a childbirth educator and doula; I'm a passionate advocate for the power of informed, empowered birthing experiences.
My own journey into the world of birth work was deeply personal. As a mother of three, I've walked the path of childbirth, experiencing two hospital births and one powerful home birth. It was my home birth experience that ignited a spark within me – a spark that would lead me to pursue training as a doula and create childbirth classes.
The power of birth is profound. It's an experience that can transform you, inspire you, and change the way you view your own strength. My own experiences have been the driving force behind my mission to help others discover the depth of choices available in childbirth.
At Mama Led Birth, I offer a range of services designed to guide and support you on your own unique birth journey. Whether you're seeking a home birth, a personalized hospital birth, or simply a greater understanding of your options, I'm here to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need. My services include online and in-person childbirth classes that cover a wide range of topics, as well as doula support – both in-person and virtually.
My goal is to empower you to make informed decisions about your birth experience. I firmly believe that every expecting mother deserves to know her options and feel in control of her journey. Birth is a deeply personal, transformative moment, and I'm here to ensure it's a beautiful, empowering experience for you.
