✨ ABOUT ME…
I have been in birth work since 2011 when I became a childbirth educator and taught birth classes in Nepal where we lived as missionaries. My first three children were born at home in Nepal, and my fourth was born just after we returned to the U.S. That ended up being a completely unnecessary hospital birth due to our living situation at the time, and it was extremely lacking in intuitive and compassionate care. That just further fueled my passion to provide compassionate, individualized care to families through the birth of their child.
I completed my doula training in 2023 as part of my ultimate goal of becoming a midwife and began serving as a doula in the Phoenix area. Walking with families through the process of birth gives me joy beyond measure! I have truly found my passion and calling in the birth space. I also know what it's like to feel that the quality of care you desire is out of reach because of finances, so that's why I try to keep my fees affordable. I can't wait to talk with you about how we can walk this journey together of bringing your little one into the world!

While I am willing to attend certain hospital births, my real passion is for out-of-hospital birth where the family is at the center of care and their wishes and autonomy is fully respected.
