I'm a geek for all things birth and women's wellness. I've always been one who asks lots of questions, and I don't typically stop until I get a solid answer. I began my journey in the alternative medicine world in 2013 and never looked back. My love for birth work began in 2017 when a friend of mine let me look at some of her books from a midwifery training she was in. I was hooked. All I remember thinking when reading those books was. "every woman deserves to be this knowledgeable about birth" and "No woman should be made to feel like pregnancy and birth are just happening to her". I was and am still determined to be part of changing things, of educating and empowering women. When I'm not busy geeking out over birth, I love cooking, enjoying quality time with family, and spending time in nature....also I love coffee, don't judge :)
